Welcome to Askora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Askora website, platform, APIs, AI chatbot services, and related products. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of an organization to use Askora.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

3. Use of the Platform

Askora provides AI-powered chatbot, knowledge base, document processing, and conversational AI services. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business or personal purposes.

You must not:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization.
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security.
  • Reverse engineer or copy the platform.
  • Use the service to distribute malware or spam.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all documents, websites, PDFs, FAQs, images, and other content you upload to Askora.

By uploading content, you grant Askora permission to process, index, embed, store, and retrieve that content solely for providing AI chatbot functionality and related services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and process your content.

5. AI Responses

AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. You should independently verify important information before relying on AI-generated outputs.

Askora does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI responses for legal, financial, medical, or other high-risk decisions.

6. Subscription & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel renewal at any time.
  • Cancellation prevents future billing only.
  • Current billing periods are not prorated.

7. Intellectual Property

Askora, its software, branding, logos, designs, documentation, and technology remain the exclusive property of Askora and its licensors.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any Askora intellectual property.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect the platform.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, abuse platform resources, or threaten the security or stability of our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Askora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or other commercial damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Askora from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, uploaded content, or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Service

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features of the platform at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Askora after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Askora operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
